A great pride for the Vietnamese community
Recently, the City of Milpitas Awards program has officially announced the names of businesses and organizations that will be honored in 2022. This award pays tribute to those organizations that have made great achievements as well as positive contributions to the community. His company has been selected as the winner of this year’s prominent award which he was previously selected for in 2020 and 2021. After immigrating to the US in 1978 from his hometown of Da Nang, Mr. Pham followed his parents’ trade of air-conditioning and not only opened his own HVAC business here in California, he also expanded it fervently throughout the years. His remarkable foresight helped scale his business for success which positioned his companies to win numerous regional and national awards through the years.
In addition to the Milpitas Award, Mr. Pham was also chosen to receive the Dave Lennox Award in 2014, 2015 and 2016. The Dave Lennox Award is the most prestigious distinction given to Lennox Dealers. Awarded to only twenty-five dealers throughout North America, this honor recognizes those dealers who excel in customer satisfaction, sales, and overall business growth and development. Home Depot, the largest U.S. retailer for home improvement services, awarded Mr. Pham’s companies’ multiple awards between 2003 and 2007. Another notable mention is having been recognized as one of the elite contractors participating in Energy Upgrades California’s “Home Upgrade” Program.
Adam Pham and his wife, Angella Mai Pham are the owners of successful U.S. companies including A Plus General Contractors Inc., A Plus Solar Solutions Inc., A Plus Heating & Air Conditioning Co., A Plus Home Improvement Specialists Inc., and Ritz Entertainment & Productions Inc. Mr. Pham’s achievements bring great pride to the Vietnamese community.
